Yemen religious scholars praise president’s initiatives for dialogue, halting military operations

SANA’A, Feb. 15 (Saba)- Yemen religious scholars praised on Monday stances of President Ali Abdullah Saleh represented by his initiatives to start a national comprehensive dialogue and the decision to stop the military operations in the northern-western region of Yemen. This was mentioned in a statement issued by Yemen Religious Scholars Association of which Saba received a copy. The scholars urged, in the statement, all Yemeni citizens to go for construction and development and spreading peace and care in the country, as well as rejecting partisan and sectarian prejudice.
