Veteran Malay PM thanks President Saleh

SANA’A, Dec. 5, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received a letter of thanks Friday from former Malay Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in which he expressed his thanks to the president’s efforts to cement the fraternal Malay-Yemeni relations. He expressed hopes of further progress for the bilateral ties under H.E. President Saleh and the new Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. AA/ TN SABA
