Saleh to return, as presidential palace attack’s inquiry finished, official says

SANA’A, Aug. 26 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh will come back home, when the investigation of the presidential palace mosque’s attack completed, Deputy Information Minister has said. Abdo al-Janadi told a press conference held on Thursday that the President’s retune would not be for revenge, but for getting to the truth.Saleh will return after he has understood various facts that may have been out of the mind. He will work with a new standpoint jointly with all honest men to enhance the positive points and avoid the negative ones happened in the past, he said.His return will not be for the benefit of those who are accustomed to corruption, he said.”The President will work with all national powers in the state or the opposition to end the current crisis and its political, economic and social repercussions. He has not any desire in power or wealth any more”, al-Janadi said.Peaceful transfer of power will not be realized via trenches, bombs, tanks and missiles, but through the ballot boxes, he said.”The President follows up carrying up his responsibilities from Riyadh via his contacts with Vice President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi and all the government’s officials”, al-Janadi said, justifying the President’s absence from the country as a therapeutic trip.AF
