Saleh receives phone call from Somali counterpart

TAIZ, May 24 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Monday a phone call from the Somali President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed congratulating him on the National Day. During the call conversation, the Somali President briefed Saleh on the latest situation developments and efforts of the Somali government to settle security, stability and peace in the country. President Saleh re-affirmed support of Yemen for Somalia as well as its efforts to contain the situation and rebuild the state institutions. AMAM Saba
