Saleh receives Mashaal congratulations on Eid

TAIZ, Nov. 16 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Tuesday a phone call from Khalid Mashaal, Chief of Hamas’s Political Bureau.Mashaal phoned his congratulations to President Saleh upon Eid al Adha, wishing him good health and all the best and the Yemeni people further progress and prosperity.Moreover, he briefed Saleh on the latest developments in Palestine, as he praised Yemen’s stance supporting the cause and all rights of the Palestinians.President Saleh exchanged Eid congratulations with Mashaal and reiterated Yemen’s firm position towards the Palestinians’ right to establish their independent statehood with al Quds as its capital.
