Saleh receives congratulations on Unification Anniversary

SANA’A, May 20 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Thursday letters of congratulations from a number of world leaders on the 20th anniversary of unification. The letters were sent by Sudanese President Omer al-Bashir, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Lebanese President Michle Suleiman and Tunisian President Zein El-Abidin Bin Ali. Saleh also got congratulations from Queen of the Netherlands Biatrix, Japan’s Emperor Akihito, Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Singapore President Sellapan Ramanathan, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Cuba’s President Raul Castro.
