Saleh, Mubarak discuss summit

ANA’A, (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh phoned on Sunday the Egyptian President Mohammad Hosni Mubarak. During the conversation the two leaders discussed the consequences effects of the postponement of the 16th Arab summit that had been scheduled for March 29-30 in Tunis. Saleh and Mubarak explained their astonishment at the delay of the summit and President Saleh affirmed the importance of holding the summit at the Arab League’s headquarters in the few coming days. Saleh explained the huge challenges that face the Arab nation, a situation that needs a stand firm by the Arab states to hold joint view, achieve solidarity, and activate the joint Arab work.
