Saleh meets Egyptian, Russian ambassadors

SANA’A, Aug 22 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh met here on Tuesday with the Egyptian ambassador to Yemen Mohammad Zaid and the Russian ambassador to Yemen Alexander Sergeyevich on ending their missions in Yemen. The two diplomats expressed their appreciation and gratitude for the Yemeni government for support during their terms in Yemen. Saleh praised the two ambassadors’ role in enhancing the bilateral relations between Yemen and their countries in various areas, wishing them success in their future duties. The meeting was attended by the minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Abu Bakr Al-Qirbi. AF/NS
