Saleh congratulates Spanish PM on wining parliamentary elections

SANA’A, March 10 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero on the occasion of his party’s wining the parliamentary elections which was held recently.
