Saleh confirms effective participation in summit

SANA’A, April 25 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Sunday Tunisian Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research and Technology Sadiq Shaban, who submitted to him a letter from the Tunisian President Zain Al-Abdeen Bin Ali. The letter included an invitation to the upcoming Arab summit, as well as bilateral relations and issues concerning the Arab Nation. At the meeting, Saleh confirmed the Yemeni effective participation and said the summit must result in positive conclusions according to Arab expectations. On the other hand, Saleh gave the Minister a massage to be delivered to Tunisian President. The meeting was attended by Education Minister Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi, and Minister of State and Secretary-General of the Presidency Abdullah Al-Bashiri. KN/KM SABA
