Saleh calls Sheikh Zaid bin Sultan

LONDON, August 27 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh made a telephone call on Thursday with President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zaid Bin Sultan Al-Nuhayyan. During the call, Saleh ensured Sheikh Zaid bin Sultan’s health, wishing him quick recovery. They also discussed brotherly relations between the two countries and the latest regional and international developments which concern the two countries and the Arab nations. On his part, Sheikh Zaid expressed his gratitude for President Saleh, wishing him good health and for Yemeni people more progress and prosperity. NA/NS
