Saleh calls Mubarak over Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Palestine

SANA’A, July 16 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh called on Sunday the Egyptian President Mohammad Hosni Mubarak. In the phone call, the presidents talked about the latest developments in the region in light of increasing the Israeli aggressions against thePalestinian and Lebanese peoples. Saleh affirmed the significance of holding an urgent Arab summit as soon as possible to produce a united Arab view over the Israeli arrogance that challenges the international resolutions. Saleh praised the Arab countries’ attitudes supporting the Yemeni call to hold an urgent summit, pointing that the purpose of the summit is taking rigorous decisions, to put an end for the Israeli escalation that made the peace process in an impasse.
