Saleh attends graduation of first soldier batch of Koran memorizers

SANA’A, Jan 13 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh attended on Thursday the graduation ceremony of the first soldier batch of Koran memorizers at the al Saleh Sharia Sciences College at al Saleh Mosque. The ceremony was organized by the Army’s Moral Guidance Division. Defense Minister Muhammad Nasser delivered a speech in which he thanked all who contributed to making the Koran memorization course a success. A big success has been achieved, thanks to President Saleh, who gives special attention to qualify and the armed forces, Nasser said. Interior Minister Mutahar al Masri and Endowments and Guidance Minister Hamoud al Hitar were among the attendants. HA/FRSaba
