Saleh assures Al-Basheer of support

SANA’A- President Ali Abdullah Saleh phoned his Sudanese counterpart Omar Al-Basheer on Sunday evening. He discussed with him the consolidation of the Yemeni-Sudanese relationships in the manner that serves the interests of both brotherly nations. President Saleh focused talks with Al-Basheer on the situations of the Sudanese inhabitants of the regions that were recently hit by floods. President Saleh expressed his warmest condolences to Al-Basheer and the families of the victims of the massive rains. Saleh affirmed to Al-Basheer Yemen’s official support for the nation of Sudan to minimize the suffering of flood victims. Al-Basheer however expressed his gratitude to the faithful attitude of Yemen toward Sudan.
