Saleh and Abu Mazen discuss latest developments in Palestine

SANA’A, Oct 10 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Tuesday evening a telephone call from Palestinian National Authority PresidentMahmoud Abass (Abu Mazen), who acquainted Saleh on the latest developments in Palestine and the current consultations that aim at strengthening the Palestinian national unity for reaching an accord between Hamas and Fath Movements to form the national unity government. Abu Mazen briefed Saleh on the merciless sufferings of the Palestinians due to siege imposed on them by Israel. President Saleh reaffirmed that Yemen exerts continues efforts with all Palestinian factions to narrow the gap between their viewpoints on this regard, to realize Palestinian people interests that strengthen their national unity and serve their justice issues.
