Russian Deputy Foreign Minister ends Yemen visit

SANA’A, April 20 (Saba) – Russian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrey Denisov ended on Tuesday a few-day visit to Yemen.During the visit, he handed a letter to President Ali Abdullah Saleh from Russian counterpart Demetri Medvedev that dealt with the bilateral relationship and ways of strengthening mutual cooperation in all areas.Speaking to Saba, Denisvo described the results of his visit as positive and fruitful, saying the two countries discussed issues of mutual interest topped by cooperation in political and economic areas as well as cooperation in the fight terrorism.MB/FRSaba
