Presidential official denies Al-Hura and Al-Alam channels rumors

SANA’A, Mar. 29(Saba)- An official source in the Presidential Office denied the news which were televised in Al-Hura and Al-Alam channels alleging that President Ali Abdullah Saleh proposed, in the closed meeting of the Arab summit in Khartoum, Abdul-Kareem al-Eryani or Abu-Bakr al-Qirbi preside the Arab League instead of Amr Moussa, and that he left the summit due to rejecting of his proposal.
The source said that “the news are baseless and Yemen has elected Amr Moussa to be the General Secretary of the Arab League for another term because of his works for the Arab nation.”
