President visits Sana’a Radio

SANA’A, July 14 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Wednesday a visit to the building of Sana’a Radio where he received by Ministerof Information Hussein al-Awadi and Abas al-Dailami director of the Radio. President Saleh took around in the departments and studios of the radio. He was brined on programs of the radio and youth channel. He underlined the importance of enhancing programs of the radio to spreadthe national awareness among citizens, pointing out to the national roleof the radio since 42 years ago. He gave orders to set up local radios in all governorates of the country,emphasizing on the importance of media contexts that reflect all formsof the political, democratic, social and cultural developments in thecountry.
