President visits Pakistani military factories
ISLAMABAD, April 11(Saba)- In his visit to Pakistan, President Ali Abdullah Saleh, along with high senior staff, paid a visit to a number of Pakistani military factories where he was acquainted with the development in arms industry in Pakistan.
The managers of the factories explained to Saleh the contents of the military fighting arms. He expressed admiration of the Pakistani military industry.
“This reflects the Muslim mentality in dealing with modern technology means and innovation.” Saleh said.
On the other hand, Saleh held a meeting with the Pakistani Premier Shaukat Aziz and discussed with him relations of cooperation between the two countries, specially the economic, commercial, educational and security fields in addition to terror fight.
They also reviewed the on-going developments in the regional and international levels.
Saleh also visited Brothers Tree, number 101, situated in Abarah district in Islam Abad, which he planted in his first visit to Pakistan in 1987.
He expressed happiness for planting the tree which implies the deep relations of Yemen and Pakistan.
