President visits military camp of republican guards

SANA’A, Jan 10(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid a visit on Monday to the Military Camp 62 of the republican guards as he was received by the commanders of the camp. In his visit, president Saleh was briefed on the current equipments and the level of implementing the annual training program in the camp. He highlighted the moral values which republican guards should enjoy, pointing out to the concern of the leadership to build strong army by supplying it with modern weapons and equipments as well as upgrading the abilities of soldiers to do their duties perfectly. He highly appreciated the stance of military forces in maintaining security and stability in the country, saying that the military corporation is one of the key corporations in building the nation.
