President visits Assailah project

SANA’A, Aug 18(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid a visit to secretariat capital to evaluate the construction of the project of Assailah which aims to protect Sana’a from the floods. He also looked at asphalting and paving works for the sides of Assailah that will facilitate traffic movement and give an attractive look for the area. President Saleh urged the municipality to take care of the secretariat capital and to follow the project closely. He ordered the randomly housing be removed and to compensate the owners of houses to be removed. In addition, president advised citizens to be helpful and cooperate with the municipality for the common interests. AM/NS SABA
