President sends message to Saudi King
RIYADH, Dec. 09(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent Saturday a letter to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abd al-ZizAl Saud on the bilateral cooperation between Yemen and Saudi Arabia ,in addition to Yemen’s ties with the Gulf Cooperation Council states.In his letter, president Saleh expressed Yemen’s appreciation of the GCC support for development process in Yemen as well as their efforts in the success of the Consultative Group meeting, held last month in London. The letter also focused on ways to implement London conference decisions, particularly those pertaining to executing the third five plan projects supplies. Moreover, it came across the preparations of Discovering Investment Opportunities Conference which is scheduled to be held in Sana’a in February 2007, in addition to Yemen’s inclusion to the rest of the GCC institutions. The letter was delivered by Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Abu Bakr al-Qirbi, in a meeting with King Abdullah in Riyadh. AM/AH SABA
