President Saleh visits central military region headquarters

SANA’A, Jan. 10 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Thursday a visit to the headquarters of the Central Military Region’s leadership. Commanders of the region briefed president Saleh on level of implementing 2007 training programs and the new training programs for 2008. He also visited some military units of the region where he congratulated military personnel on the new Hijrah year 1429 and on launching the new training year 2008. “The military corporation is a corporation of people and for protecting the unity, democracy, security and stability of the nation” President Saleh said. Finally, He wished them good luck in doing their national duties to server the country. AH/AF Saba
