President Saleh tours Mukalla projects

SANA’A, (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid a visit on Thursday to Mukalla port city, Hadhramout, where he inspected basic infrastructure projects, some still under construction. The projects include new streets, street lighting and amusement parks. He ordered the acceleration of accomplishing the project but according to standard specifications that make it a new tourist facility for holidaymakers. After that he drove to different parts of the capital of Hadramout and inspected Mukalla Cultural Center. He ordered that the center be accomplished and equipped quickly to host cultural events and activities. President Saleh has just come back from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he discussed the improvement of the bilateral relations and issues that concern the Arab and Moslem world. AA/KMSABA
