President Saleh to visit UK in August

SANA’A,(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh is going to visit the United Kingdom by the end of August as a response to an invitation from the British government. The 26 September weekly said Thursday that during the four-day visit president Saleh would hold talks with the British Prime Minister Tony Blair and a number of officials in the British government dealing with the Yemeni-British mutual cooperation relations and the means to push such relations forward. They would also discuss a number of regional and international issues on top of them the Palestinian and Iraqi issues. JW/NSSABA
