President Saleh to meet WB official

SANA’A, Feb. 07 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh will meet on Thursday the regional Vice President of the World Bank Daniela Gressani, the state-run 26sep.net reported. The website quoted official sources as saying that Gressni would review with President Saleh the outcomes of her visit to Yemen and the outcomes of the discussions with the Yemeni government officials to develop cooperation with the World Bank (WB). In her statement, Gressani said that the meeting would deal with Yemen’s efforts of economic financial and administrative reforms, WB’s role in supporting Yemen in joining into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
