President Saleh to lead Yemen’s delegation to Arab Summit

SANA’A, March 06 (Saba) – Well-informed sources said that President Ali Abdullah Saleh would lead Yemen’s delegation to the upcoming Arab Summit to be held by the end of March in the Syrian capital Damascus. The sources were quoted by the weekly 26september as saying that Yemen’s participation in the Damascus summit will express tough stances towards crucial issues in the region and its initiatives to unite the Arab stances for facing all challenges. Yemen put forward a proposal to hold such summit annually and on serial alphabet bases. FR/YA Saba
