President Saleh sends ,receives good wishes

SANA’A,(Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent a cable of good wishes Tuesday to the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat on the 39th anniversary of the Palestinian revolution. President Saleh also sent a cable of good wishes to the Sudanese leader Omar al-Bashir on the Independence Day of his country. A similar cable was sent to the Cuban leader Fidel Castro on the National Day of his country. In the telegrams, President Saleh expressed wishes of welfare to his counterparts and more prosperity for their peoples. Meanwhile, President Saleh received on Tuesday a thank-you cable from Lebanon’s President Emil Lahoud in reply to good wishes cable he had sent to him on the 60th anniversary of the Independence of Lebanon.
