President Saleh sends letter to Putin
MOSCOW, August 25 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a letter from president Vladimir Putin of Russia, expressing pride of developing relations between Yemen and Russia. President Saleh pointed in his letter to the harmony of attitudes of Yemen and Russia toward different international issues. The letter also dealt with fields of cooperation between Yemen and Russia and means of pushing them forward. The letter was handed over by the Yemen’s ambassador to Russia Abdul-Wahab al-Rawhani in a meeting with the first deputy foreign minister Faliri Loushinin, who praised the democratic, economic and political development in Yemen, confirming that Russia highly evaluates friendship and economic partnership with Yemen.
