President Saleh returns to Sana’a

SANA’A, August 2 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh returned from Riyadh Tuesday where he attended with a high-level delegation of government leaders and religious scholars in the funeral of Saudi King Fahd bin Abdul-Aziz. President Saleh delivered, on behalf of the Yemeni people, paid tributes to King Fahd and offered the deepest condolences to the Saudi leadership and people on the death of Fahd. President Saleh spoke highly of the deceased king saying he was brave and a strenuous advocate of the Muslim defining causes. On the sideline of the funeral, Saleh met a number of the Arab leaders and discussed with them the bilateral relations. AA/AA SABA
