President Saleh returns home

SANA’A,June 30(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh returned back on Friday to Sana’a following his visits to France and Egypt. During his tour, Saleh held talks with French President Nicholas Sarkozy and Egyptian President Mohammad Husni Mubarak dealt with strengthening mutual cooperation relations in political, economic, trade, investment, cultural, security and military fields. Saleh also exchanged with both Sarkozy and Mubarak viewpoints toward the latest developments of regional and international issues, especially the peace process in Middle East, situations in the African Horn, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia, and Darfur of Sudan. They have agreed on the necessity to push forward peace process in the region. NN/NS
