President Saleh reiterates his keenness on dialogue

SANA'A- President Ali Abdullah Saleh reiterated on Tuesday his keenness on the dialogue as the best means to address all issues and avoid bloodshed.

This came during his meeting with Advisor of the United Nations Secretary-General Gamal bin Omar, who briefed him on the results of his meetings with a number of officials and political figures in the government and the opposition in the country.

Bin Omar affirmed the importance of holding a direct dialogue among the Yemeni parties to resolve the crisis, noting that the solution of the current crisis will only be a Yemeni solution essentially.

In this regard, he confirmed the UN Organization's readiness to help Yemeni parties for the success of the dialogue among them to get out of the current crisis.

At the meeting, President Saleh pointed to the efforts made by bin Omar to encourage all parties to hold the dialogue, which serves Yemen's interest, security and stability.
