President Saleh receives Palestinian General Intelligences head

SANA’A, April 21 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Monday Head of Palestinian General Intelligence Brigadier Tawfiq Tirawi and discussed with him latest Palestinian developments and issues concerning the two peoples. Tirawi highlighted Saleh’s supportive stance toward Palestinian people and their just issue and Yemen’s efforts for realizing Palestinian reconciliation and healing Palestinian rift via initiative warmly welcomed by all factors. He expressed hope for Yemen’s continuous efforts in this field. President Saleh re-affirmed Yemen’s supportive stance to Palestinian people’s issue for getting their rights and establishing their independent state with al-Quds as a capital. He stressed importance of integrating all efforts in Palestinian area for overcoming their differences and boosting Palestinian front and renewed Yemen’s call to international community for pressing Israel to stop its aggression against people in Gaza saying:” All Palestinian people live in great Israeli prison”.
