President Saleh receives new envoys credentials

SANA’A, Oct. 03 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Sunday the credentials of a number of the newly appointed foreign and Arab ambassadors to Yemen.The ambassador were Asad Ali Yasin al-Samarai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iraq, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Korea, Ashraf Abdul-Wahab Aql, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt, Ahsaf Saeed, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India, Gerald Michael Feierstein, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Russia.President Saleh met separately with the new ambassadors to Yemen, who conveyed to him the best greetings of the leaders of their countries.The Arab and foreign ambassadors emphasized their countries’ keenness to exert all efforts to serve the bilateral relations between Yemen and their counties.During the meetings, President Saleh discussed with the ambassador aspects of bilateral relations and areas of joint cooperation between Yemen and their countries.The President welcomed the new ambassadors, underlining that they would receive all the care and attention from the government to ensure the success of their tasks to serve the bilateral relations between Yemen and their countries.YA
