President Saleh receives letter from Sudanese counterpart

ANA’A, Mar. 01 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesday a letter from his Sudanese counterpart Omar Hassan al-Bashir.

The letter was handed over by Ahmed Bilal Othman, envoy of the Sudanese president during his meeting with president Saleh.

The letter included an invitation for president Saleh to participate in the 18th Arab summit which will be held in Khartoum by mid of this month.

The letter also dealt with the issues of common concerns.

President Saleh expressed hope that the Khartoum summit would come out with decisions that serve interests of the Arab nation and faces challenges surrounding the nation.
