President Saleh receives letter from Saudi King

SANA’A, Aug 02(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesday a letter from the Saudi king Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz. The letter dealt with the fields of cooperation between the two countries and the current developments in the region under the Israeli violence against Palestinian and Lebanese peoples. The letter was handed over by Mohammad bin Naif bin Abdul-Aziz, Saudi assistant foreign minister for security affairs, during his meeting with president. The president Saleh asked him to convey his regards to the king Abdullah, wishing Saudi King and people further progress and prosperity. AH/NS SABA
