President Saleh receives letter form Mauritanian counterpart

ANA’A, March 23 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Sunday a letter from his Mauritanian counterpart Sidi Mohammed Ould Sheikh Abdullah on strengthening aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in political, economic, security and military domains. The letter, which was handed over by Mauritian Defense Minister Mohammed Mahmoud Ould Mohammed during his meeting with president Saleh, dealt with the latest regional and Arabic developments, topped by current preparations for convening Arabic summit to be held late of this month in the Syrian capital, Damascus. President Saleh affirmed the country’s keenness on advancing the current cooperation between the two countries in a various fields. SA/AF Saba
