President Saleh receives credentials of Arab, foreign envoys

SANA’A, Jan. 26 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesday the credentials of a number of Arab and foreign ambassadors to Yemen.The ambassadors are: David Chatterson ambassador of Canada, Jonathan Wilks ambassador of the United Kingdom, Fahd Saad Saeed al-Mei Kuwait’s ambassador, Francisco Javier Hergueta Garnica ambassador of Spain, Jarno Syrjala ambassador of Finland, Hasan Abdullah Ali Ethiopian ambassador, Awad Hussein Ahmed Zarroug ambassador of Sudan, Costas Papadimas ambassador of Cyprus, Frank Galea ambassador of Malta and Mihailo Brkic ambassador of Serbia.During separate meetings, President Saleh welcomed the diplomats, affirming that they will receive all the care and facilities to carry out their missions in Yemen.The President discussed with each ambassador the relationship and joint cooperation between Yemen and each country.The routine ceremonies of such occasions have been held for each ambassador in the Republican Palace.AF/AF
