President Saleh receives congratulations from Ukrainian counterpart

SANA’A, Oct 18 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesdaya cable of congratulations from the president of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko the occasion of re- electing him for a new presidential term. The Ukrainian leader hailed in his cable the experience of president Saleh in foreign political relations that serve the Yemeni people. He said, “I’m sure that the friendship relations between the Yemeni and Ukrainian peoples will be developed more and more in the future to serve the common interests of the two countries. TD/TN SABA
