President Saleh, Meshaal review situation in Gaza

SANA’A, April 30 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh and chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau Khaled Meshaal reviewed on Wednesday the last developments in Palestinian arena and the situation of the Gaza strip blockade. During the phone call president Saleh received, Meshaal briefed Saleh on the efforts exerted by the Egyptian leadership for settling the situation in Gaza. They also discussed the Yemeni efforts to heal the Palestinian rift and realize the reconciliation between the Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas based on Sana’a declaration. Meshaal hailed the Yemeni supportive attitudes towards the Palestinian people and its legal rights. TD/AF Saba
