President Saleh meets UNDP official

NEW YORK June 7 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Monday at his residence in New York City the Mark Malloch Brown, administrator of the UN Development Program (UNDP). In the meeting, they discussed the status quo relations between Yemen and the UNDP in addition to underway projects funded by UNDP in Yemen. On his part, UNDP official highly praised the economic, financial, administrative reforms in Yemen, asserting UNDP support for the development process in Yemen.The President appreciated the UNDP support for development and democracy in Yemen.
