President Saleh meets OPEC general manager

SANA’A, April 06(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met here on Wednesday the general manager of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Soliman Gaser al-Herbeshi. During the meeting, they discuss means of boosting cooperation relations between Yemen and OPEC and means of enhancing them, especially in health, investment, education, and water sectors. Al-Herbeshi praised efforts put forth by Yemen to build strong investment infrastructure in field of oil. Al-Herbeshi assured OPEC support for Yemen’s efforts. For his part, President praised the efforts of OPEC in supporting investments in Yemen in various areas. TD/NS SABA
