President Saleh meets Moussa

SURT, LIBYA, March 27 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Saturday in the Libyan city Surt with Secretary General of the Arab League Amr Moussa.Saleh and Moussa talked about Yemen’s initiative to activate the Arab joint action which submitted to the league in the current round, 22nd round.The two officials also discussed the goals that the round seeks in order to establish a union for Arab states to carry out the nation’s objectives as well as to enhance its capacity to face the challenges threatens Arab national security.They also reviewed the current developments in Arab region, particularly in the Palestinian arena in addition to discussing the issues included in the league’s agenda and means to carry it out successfully.FJ/AF
