President Saleh meets British Shadow Cabinet FM

LONDON, Nov. 16(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met, Thursday in London, with the British Foreign Minister of Shadow Cabinet of the Conservative Party William Hail and reviewed with him the growing cooperation bounds between Yemen and the United Kingdom, in addition to future horizons to boost them. Hail spoke in favor of the big successes achieved by Yemen in the fields of development, democracy and reinforcing the political and expression freedom, pointing out to the successful in holding the last Yemeni presidential elections which he said had reflected the advanced level of democracy experience in Yemen. For his part, president Saleh hailed the British support for development and democracy route in Yemen, specially by hosting the donor conference. AM/NS
