President Saleh issues republican decrees

SANA’A, Oct. 20(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued on Wednesdaythe law No. 2 for 2004 that dictate to approve the agreement of oil production sharing in block # 1 in Shabwa that have been signed between the Ministry of Oil and Minerals and both Giankso Company for Oil Exploration and the Yemeni Corporation that belongs to the Yemeni Corporation for Oil and Gaz . He issued the law No.25 for 2004 that approves the agreement signed in 21 December 2003 between Yemen and China to finance the project of Sana’a streets tarmac. President Saleh also issued law No.26 for 2004 that approves Yemen membership in the new International Convention on Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watch Keeping (STCW).
