President Saleh invites king of Bahrain to visit Yemen

MANAMA, April 10(Saba)- Chairman of the Shura Council Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Ghani handed the Bahraini Crown Prince Sheikh Salman bin Hamad bin Isa a letter from President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa bin Salman inviting him to visit Yemen. The Shura chairman handed the letter to the Bahraini official during a meeting in Manama on Sunday. The Shura chairman spoke highly of Bahrain’s support to Yemen in different fields including its efforts to enable Yemen’s accession to the Gulf Cooperation Council. Abdul-Ghani expressed his appreciation to the Government of Bahrain for its full care about the Yemeni community in the Gulf state. AA/NS SABA
