President Saleh heads for South Korea
SANA’A, April 25 (Saba) -President Ali Abdullah Saleh headed on Monday for South Korea in an official visit in accordance with an invitation from the South Korea president Roh Moo-hyun. The two presidents would discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in political, economic, trade and investment spheres. They would also discuss the latest regional and international developments of common concern as well as the positions in Iraq and Palestine, thepeace process in Middle East and the reform of United Nations. In remarks to Saba, president Saleh said he would discuss with the South Korean counterpart the possibility of strengthen mutual cooperation between the two peoples. We would brief the Korean people on the Yemeni unification experience which we will celebrate on 22 May, and president said. TD/NSSABA
