President Saleh congratulates Sultan of Oman SANA’A, Nov. 18 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations on Thursday to His Majesty Sultan Bin Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman on the National Day of his country.
