President Saleh congratulates Norwegian King on Constitution Day

SANA’A, May 16 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh on Saturday sent a cable of congratulation to the Norwegian king Harald V on the occasion of Constitution Day. In the cable, Saleh wished the king good health and happiness and the Norwegian people further progress and prosperity. Norway celebrates the Constitution Day on May 17.
