President Saleh congratulates leaders of Russia,Philippines

SANA’A,(Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Sandy two cables of congratulations to the president of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and president of Philippines Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on the occasion of their countries national day.
